Schedule Recurring Visitors
In case you missed it, the most recent update to our BreezN visitor management software included a few improvements. BreezN Release 3.8.0 allows for GDPR notifications, international phone numbers, and greater searching capability within our new BreezN Help Center. Most notably, however, is the new feature that allows users to schedule recurring visits over multiple days.
What is a recurrent visit?
You may encounter a situation in which visitors will visit your site regularly over a certain period of time. For example, your visitor might be lined up for a series of visits every Tuesday over the next two months. Instead of having to register this visitor every week, BreezN can now preregister these recurring visitors with their set schedule.
How do I schedule recurring visitors?
Scheduling a recurrent visit is very similar to scheduling a single visit. We’ve created a new panel that asks for a start date, end date, start time, and end time for the recurrent visit. Any information entered during the first check-in is automatically filled in for the remainder of the check-ins. Even if you have a group visiting regularly versus an individual, the scheduling process is the same.
What does this mean for me?
Making the preregistration task as efficient as possible is important. Manually inputting 30 future visits for a group of 5 visitors one-by-one is time-consuming and takes away from valuable time in the office. Every business’s goal is to boost productivity, and the recurring visit automation offered by BreezN frees staff to focus on more productive tasks.
As much as scheduled recurrent visits benefit your operations, there are advantages for visitors, too. Gone are the days of waiting in line to receive a handwritten name badge from a receptionist. The check-in process is streamlined and more professional, and the visitors have the advantage of receiving meeting details before their series of visits via email.
